Alan Turner is an Attorney-At-Law who has practiced in the Cayman Islands since 1988. He is a partner of Circumference Legal (formerly known as Turners), the legal arm of the Circumference Group and a former partner of Walkers. He is also a director of Circumference FS (Cayman) Ltd. He acts as a director of a number of companies involved in complex structures including hedge funds, private equity funds, general partners of limited partnerships, companies involved in structured finance and asset finance transactions and various holding companies.
